Description

Young's traces its roots back to 1805, when it was founded by Elizabeth Young and her family who were watermen and fishermen on the Thames at Greenwich. Info on the sourcing of the product is clearly displayed on the packaging. However most of their Salmon comes from Scotland where they have The Spey Valley smoke house. Here they are renowned for the creation of Smoked Salmon. Their smokehouse has been practising the art of curing and smoking salmon for generations using the same age old methods.
