Specially selected Boned Scottish Herring, traditionally cured and smoked over beech and oak wood to give a succulent kipper fillet. Butter containing sundried tomato and basil gives a distinctive Mediterranean flavour to the cooked product. The range includes Tomato & Basil Butter, or just Butter.
