The British roasting vegetable packs contains only British, seasonal vegetables. The packs for soups and casseroles, for example Vegetable and Lentil Soup Mix and Irish Stew, may contain substituted veg when the vegetable is not in season in Britain. For example, when leeks aren't available in Britain the Irish Stew mix will contain non-British leeks.
