All the pork used in Porkinson is 100% Outdoor Reared, and 100% British. Porkinson has introduced the first new flavour to its susage range for 20 years. The new flavour, Oxford, is flavoured with lemon, nutmeg and sage, and is made to an 18th-century recipe. Also launching in May 2009 are two more new varieties. Suffolk Ale & Herb and English Sage & Onion. Look out for them on the shelves.
