Waitrose Lamb

Description

The first British spring lamb will be on sale in 30-50 Waitrose branches from 18th May, increasing to all branches by 15th June. A range of cuts will be available, utilising as much of the carcass as possible, for example lamb ribs which are good value and perfect for summer eating. They will stop selling any fresh New Zealand lamb for the duration of the British lamb season.
