Taste the Difference lamb is 100% British 52 weeks of the year. Though only available in small volumes, they achieve this by working with early lambing and late lambing flocks in hill, upland and lowland areas. Their other ranges, however, are supplemented with imported lamb. New season Northern Irish lamb will be available in Northern Ireland stores from early April.
