Cornish Sea Salt

Description

Salt is drawn from grade A waters - the highest quality range - and is reguarly measured by the nearby mussel fishery. Soil Association approved. The salt is produced by drawing the seawater up through the cliff and uses heat and electrodialysis to evaporate the water. The timing, tempature and water level have to be spot on for crystals to be consistent in size and flavour.
