Our co-operative are all highly skilled and experienced growers of vegetables, cereals and oilseeds. As well as combining expertise to bring high quality produce to market, they also share a passion to bring the delightful flavour, versatility and goodness of Borderfields to more and more people. Rapeseed oil is increasingly known as the British alternative to Olive Oil, which not only contains 10 x more omega 3 and has ½ the saturated fat of olive oil, but is also a good source of natural Vitamin E.
