The Oat-So-Good Company which makes granola (oat and seed clusters) cereals is a family-run company. Which was established in 2006 and produces its range of hand-made granolas from its base on the outskirts of Swansea. “We are a young and innovative company and our aim is to produce cereal products which are not only nutritional but are also a healthy alternative for consumers who don’t want a flaky or highly sugared product which leaves you feeling hungry by mid morning,” said Andrew Grey, the company’s Marketing Manager. “By constant trials and testing we have managed to produce a series of products which do achieve this.” Made from the finest ingredients, the range has no added salt, is high in fibre, only contains fruit sugars, and is suitable for diabetics and those following a GI (glycemic index) diet.
