Smoked in Devon by Nick and Ed Obolensky. Their family has been curing and smoking fish for over 30 years using blends of locally cut oak and beech. They have combined their specialist knoweldge of fish secies and traditional smoking thecniques to create a distinct mellow smoked flavour.
