Using milk from a herd of 11,000 Freisland sheep in Dorset, this yoghurt is less sharp and more creamy than ordinary cows milk yoghurt. It is also a delightful alternative for people who are allergic to cows' milk with the added benefit of being naturally lower in saturated fat.
