Wyke Farms is a family-run Somerset dairy farm. It is the largest independent cheesemaker and milk processor in the UK producing over 14,000 tonnes of cheddar per yer to the same award winning 100-year-old recipe. Ivy Clothier, the current Managing Director's grandmother, developed the recipe in 1902.
