One of only two pasteurised Red Leicesters to be made in Leicestershire. This cheese has won four major awards this year alone. With its open texture and sweet, slightly nutty caramelised flavour, it makes a great addition to any cheese board. All of Sainbury's UK cheddars are made using 100% British milk and they are currently selling 109 British cheeses across counters and aisles.
