Part of Sainsbury's Great British Cheese range, this is an Irish brie from County Tyrone (the name is Gaelic for 'little brie'). It isn't squidgy like French brie but it is made in the traditional way and has walnut overtones. All of Sainbury's UK cheddars are made using 100% British milk and they are currently selling 109 British cheeses across counters and aisles.
