Irish Cheese Range

Description

Irish farmhouse cheese range is available across British stores at most Waitrose deli counters. It includes cheeses from five artisan cheesemakers and includes products such as Wicklow Baun, a creamy Brie-style cheese with a smooth, buttery flavour. There is also Carrigaline, a handmade cheese with firm and flexible texture with small holes and Gortnamona, a soft, mould ripened goats cheese with a clean flavour.
