Farmhouse Butter is made to an original recipe using whey cream produced when making cheese. The cream picks up subtle flavours from the cheese, giving the butter a unique flavour. It is made to a 175-year-old recipe by the Barber family, which has been farming and cheesemaking in Somerset since the early 1830s.
